1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph797 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any ph797 content without express prior written consent from ph797.

9. Limitation of Liability

Where changes are material, ph797 will provide notice via the registered email address on your account or via an on-site notification.

Your continued use of the ph797 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph797 and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds.
